Our Meeting Room
Our meeting room is located alongside our office at 1/100 Awahuri Road, Feilding.
Small charges apply for private or business meetings.
Room use may be free to our tenants for meetings and wellbeing gatherings if the group does not charge participants and is not funded.

Capacity: up to 20 people
Availability: 7 days per week, 6am to 9pm.
Access: Mobility access and bathroom.
Parking: Mobility parking on site.
Heating: Heat Pump.
Equipment: Meeting table and chairs, white board, Wi-Fi, and TV.
Kitchenette: Suitable for serving catered food, or warming and serving pre-prepared food.
Oven, fridge, tea and coffee, crockery and cutlery, kettle and urn.

You may be able to use our meeting room at no cost if you are one of our tenants or are an unfunded wellbeing group.
Donations are accepted.
Private and business fees
$25.00 - Minimum Hire (2 hours)
$35.00 - Half Day (2-4 hours)
$70.00 - Full Day (4 plus hours) -
Payment is required on arrival or when collecting keys.
Any damages are the liability of the hirer, and should be reported to the office as soon as possible.
BYO Catering.
The premises must be left clean and tidy at the end of use with furniture returned to it’s original position.
Dishes washed.
