The Feilding Health Care Facility
In 2012, Manawatu Community Trust commenced planning and constructing the Feilding Health Care facility on Duke Street.
The construction was completed and opened in 2015. Purpose-built on the old Feilding Maternity Hospital site, the facility is leased to Feilding Health Care and is designed to bring primary health services together in one location as an integrated family health care centre.

The Clevely Building
Owned by Manawatū Community Trust (MCT), the Clevely building is leased to Feilding Health Care (FHC) and was earmarked as an extension to the custom built Health Care facility that MCT completed next door in 2015.
Since its redevelopment and opening in 2022, the nearly 1000 square metre Clevely Wing provides a welcome additional workspace for allied health services, including community mental health and physiotherapy services.

They offer a wide variety of activities and opportunities, including a popular exercise programme, bingo, entertainment, and the chance to connect with others.

Menzshed
Manawatū Community Trust was approached by Jeff Wakelin, seeking a space to start up a local branch of the popular Menzshed model.
The Feilding Menzshed moved into the old Feilding Maternity Hospital boiler house in 2015. Since then, the boiler house has again been filled with tools, equipment, and purpose. Its membership continues to grow.
