Manawatū Community Trust has 209 homes available to people who meet our housing criteria. These include one and two bedroom homes for seniors aged 60 and over, offered at rents below market rates.

Applications are not considered on a first-come, first-served basis. We aim to match each applicant’s needs with a suitable home and community.

MCT operates a waiting list, and we encourage anyone who meets our criteria to apply.
