Manawatū Community Trust is offering three new 2-bedroom affordable housing units to rent at discounted rates for seniors (55+ years) which are now available to rent. Applications will be prioritised based on accessibility need.

These one-story units are centrally located in Prince Street, Feilding and are located close to the Feilding Health Care. Preference will be given where there are two people who are looking to share a 2-bedroom home, or a person who requires a live-in carer who would benefit from living in an accessible unit and who meet the Trust’s criteria.
